- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In home improvement there is no standard pricing. All price differ due to obsticles that may occur during any home improvement project. But if any obsticles due occur. We communicate what is going on to the customer and what steps can be taken to make sure the matter is resolved with in the set budget. And always remember, you get what you paid for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before any work is conducted, we make sure the customer understands the work that is about to comense on their home. We make sure that they are comfortable with what is about to be done and explain step by step process of our proccedure and time line.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 20 yrs experience in the home improvement field. We try to train our customers on what to expect and what should be expected from any contractor they hire for any home improvement needs they require.
