- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The initial quotes you see on Thumbtack are published with site unseen. Discounts are available depending on the size and nature of the project. If something comes up that was not determined in the beginning, your project can be subject to an adjustment, up or down! If there fees involved, we do our best to convey those up front. We know there are some who like to shop around. Our feelings aren't hurt if you tell us you have found someone cheaper. We know they're out there. We always thank you for considering ConfigurePlus to take on your project. We can't promise to be the cheapest...but we CAN promise to be the BEST...because we are!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first priority is assuring our new customer that they have made the right choice in hiring us for their project. We will ask questions, relate our plan, be on time, be pleasant...you know, be people people!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our key personnel are certified network engineering professionals with computer support, project management and information security backgrounds. We then couple these with experienced competent contractors that can complete your project with desired results.
