They did a great job on my floor, however not even a month later it started buckling. Carlos advised me that I could contact him if I had any issues and he would come back to fix it. I trusted him and thought he was a honest worker. I reached out to him, no response. He was also supposed to come back to complete additional work a week after completing the first project, no call no show and advised me he forgot. Once I paid him I didn’t hear back from Carlos. Not to mention he used my equipment and told me he usually pay to rent it at Home Depot and he would purchase it from me. He never purchased it so he basically used my tool for free. He didn’t provide the plastic rolls to cover things up as he stated in the beginning. Seems like he forgets a lot of what he says. They did good work but have poor customer service. If you are looking for a one hit wonder Carlos is your guy. Don’t expect him to come back and fix anything that was not installed correctly. Don’t take his word because it does not mean anything. I thought I would give him a chance even though he had bad comments and now I see why.

I am very impressed and extremely pleased with the outstanding job done today. The entire process was personable and professional. I was valued from beginning to end. The tree looks "great" and the price was reasonable. I have referred Carlos to another friend and I will be hiring him for other jobs in my home, as well. I highly recommend Carlos Montiel

How did you get started doing this type of work?
From doing work at home to bigger projects. Started doing seasonal gutters, siding, roofing, painting, and went to the interior and so on. Just got handy with tools and helping people out. Love to work around folks to make sure they get what they ask for.
