FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to fully understand what the customer is wanting. Then I typically ask a few questions about design and let them choose from other alternative options to see if we have room to expand on the initial idea. If the client is interested in other options then we will go into further detail and come to a design/style conclusion and go from there to get a timeline and price quote. If we secure the job, I do my best to always communicate in a timely manner and to the highest degree of detail so we can avoid as much miscommunication as possible. This has seemed to work well to deliver a great product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10+ years of design/build of homes and renovation projects. I also have a Bachelors of Arts in Industrial Design. (Product Design)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up curious. I'm still curious. I have yet to find something that I can't fix or build.
