Our air conditioner broke during the evening; they had an employee on call, that came in a timely manner and fixed our problem. Definitely recommend Cowboys. Excellent and prompt service.

Cowboys services were readily available to help me with my recent a/c issues. My unit was not cooling and even though it's fall time Texas weather still gets hot! They were able to schedule me an appointment and get someone out to me. Ariel was thorough with the inspection and provided me with options and his recommendation. The ability to not be pressured into something during a moment where you have to make quick decisions is what I applaud him and the company. They are here for to help me!
