- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There really is no formal process. If it's a portrait client, we meet up and just jump right in. I often describe it like a workout. We warm up with a couple of easy smiling at the camera pictures and then we jump into fun candid stuff from there, depending on clients comfort level. With a wedding client, we might do an initial consultation to get to know each other and that is where I can find out exactly what is needed. From there, I'll build a custom proposal package.
