FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is typically a flat rate when pricing services. However, if the project takes longer a hourly rate can be added.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we have them fill out a client brief. It gives the scope, expectations, and needs of the project. After completion we sit with them to gain a full understanding of client brief, ensuring nothing is forgotten. Once this is completed, we create three (3) mock-ups for review ensuring the customer is happy with the results.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was in school for Industrial Engineering and worked on a math assignment for two weeks. It was one math problem. I was overwhelmed because i could not get a answer, but relieved to find that none of my other classmates count find the solution. As our professor entered the room hands raised one after the other with questions about our assignment. After placing his briefcase on his desk, our professor pointed to the problem on the white board and said "The answer is no solution". That day I changed my major to Communication Design.
