I can’t say enough great things about them!!! Our food was amazing, they worked with my vision on what food we wanted and how we wanted it served and were a true joy to work with! It made throwing our corporate event so easy and seamless. They also cleaned up afterwards quickly and very well!

Roger was amazing! He and his assistant arrived a few minutes early and got right to work. It was as if they had been coming here for years. They didn’t ask me for anything. If they needed something of mine to use, they found it themselves instead of bothering me. The meal was outstanding! It included a kale salad, tenderloin, potatoes, hot rolls and asparagus with red peppers. He served the best tiramisu for dessert that I have ever had! I would highly recommend Roger and I can’t wait to have another dinner party so I can use him again. His server, Emmanuel, went above and beyond all of my expectations. The kitchen was spotless when they left.

Roger was such a professional in everything from booking to service. Everyone enjoyed the food he provided to our charity event. He even offered to help with setting up part of the room, which he was not contractually obligated to do.

Everything was AMAZING!!! Chef Roger and his wife are so sweet!! They traveled to a lodge we rented for vacation and worked together as a great team! We were all impressed!! The kids meals were perfect and ours were even better!!!! From appetizers all the way to dessert!!! Delicious!! We will definitely be hiring them again!!
