I liked Nicole, and her cleaning was adequate, but she was a no show for her first visit, she returned my call and said "my puppy ate my appointment book"... and she was a no call, no show for her third visit. She was scheduled for 9am, and answered my call late in the day, saying she didn't see my messages in the morning because she had a migraine, and she didn't think she was scheduled to come because I hadn't reached out to her. Had Nicole come and do a restoration clean. I had explained I needed everything wiped down especially the windows. I had to ask her to go back and clean the windows a second time. She said she didn't have anything to get into the window seals so I had to find something for her to do that and they still aren't clean. I am sorry you feel that the home was not clean. I am surprised since you and I both went through the whole home before I left and you said everything looked good. I asked about the blinds you advised they were being replaced. I have no problem with fixing anything you had an issue with. This was more of a construction clean which was not discussed but I will be more than happy to provide you with a refund or re clean. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I have a general base price but once I speak with the customer the price is adjusted accordingly. of course reoccurring customers receive a discounted price.
