Our pricing is tier bases. We can provide an accurate quote once we've inspected the property.

We offer a complementary inspection of your foundation for all our new clients. At that time we talk with you, listening to your needs and then developing a comprehensive plan to help solve your specific issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is comprised of 3 generations of knowledge pertaining to the foundation repair industry. When Lokie Sr. Perez created this business he envisioned passing down the knowledge of his many years spent as a corporate senior manger to his three sons. In return they have developed their skills into specific specialties within this business such as customer relations, Auto-Cad design, and field team management. Lokie Sr. and his sons have a more than a lifetime of experience and are ready to help you with all your foundation repair needs.
