- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We handle personal injury matters on a contingency fee basis, meaning we get a percentage of the settlement on the back end. If our client doesn't get any money , then neither do we.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We review all facts surrounding whatever incident our clients are involved in, down to every detail. We are always very transparent upfront about the insurance claim and legal process, and set realistic expectations with the client as to what to expect along the way, so that clients are comfortable with us and trust the firm.
