HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Hands down the best customer service we have received in a long time. Mr.Quesada and his team do exceptional work. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the final product. They were always on time. They provided professionalism, a great quality of work, and outstanding communication. I would recommend Mr. Quesada and his team to anyone. My family was so impressed, my parents hired Mr.Quesada and team to do their home as well. They are neat and detailed. My home looks like a new home. They really take pride in the service they provide and it shows in our home. Thank you Jose Quesada and team for such a wonderful job and experience!

Jose was prompt and friendly and seemed knowledgable. I trusted him immediately. However, I was beyond disappointed, in the end, by the (lack of) quality of work, the mess left behind, and the extra money I will have to spend for another painter to fix the mistakes. I hired a painter because I wanted the job done well, neatly, and quickly. To me, that means nice clean lines where paint is cut-in. It means no drips on the floor, runs on the wall. It means accurate, complete coverage. It means I don’t have any work to do when they leave. Jose estimated the job would take 3-4 days and gave me a fair price, per day. The complete job included painting the walls of the main area of the house, plus ceilings and baseboards/doors/trim. On the 3rd day, Jose asked if I would like him to come back to complete the job on Friday, which would be 2 days away. On the day betwen Job Day 3 and Job Day 4, I was able to throroughly examine the paint job, felt very disappointed, and noted many areas I needed him to address if I were to allow him and his crew to return. In the end, I convinced myself that he just “wasn’t finished” and hadn’t done a “walk-through” yet. There were many cut-in areas where the original paint color could be seen, door knobs that had paint on them, baseboard that needed a second coat (and honestly a much better first coat), doors and trim that were not yet complete and small areas here and there that were forgotten. There was also the issue that the ceiling needed a 3rd coat of paint, which was unfortunate. Additionally, they did not patch holes, painted over nails/hardware, and did not sand/smooth in some necessary areas. They also did not remove adhesive strip residue on doors and simply painted over it. Areas low to the ground were shrugged off as, “not easy to see,” so they are *very* poorly covered. Door hinges were painted around, so in the hard-to-reach areas, you can still see the original paint color. The short-cuts taken were just countless. In addition to that, in 2 rooms, Jose’s crew overlapped ceiling paint onto walls we had not intended on painting yet. I honestly thought it was a mistake, at first, and was verty forgiving, but in the end I started to feel like maybe he was just trying to get more work out of me. I totally understand that the ceiling paint needs to hit the wall a little bit in order to properly cut in with the new paint, but we were not ready to paint those areas, yet, and the “overlap” I am refering to would only be acceptable if the walls were to be immediately painted. (see pictures) When I shared these concerns with Jose, he assured me they would be taken care of on Day 4. Some of them were. They cleaned up the doorknobs (which should have been removed in the first place, in my opnion) and finished up wall paint in the areas that were missed, and cut-in better in some places, but many of my concerns remained. I can still see lines of original paint color where the walls/ceilings meet, indicating the cutting in was not close enough. There are two places on colored walls where white paint must have been wiped off, and giant streaks of white paint are smeared across the paint. In one area, this is on paint we no longer have. So I do not have the ability to just touch up the area. Same thing in multiple places on the floors – wood and tile. It has been about a month since the crew completed the job. I am not kidding or exaggerating when I say that every day I find paint drops, splatters or flicks in a new place. Toilet seat, wood floor, tile, grout, personal decor, light fixtures, house plants, hand towels, my FURNITURE... it’s everywhere. Our kitchen table and all 5 chairs have white fingerprints and hand-prints on them from being moved. I had to make a special trip to Home Depot to purchase mineral spirits to remove as much as I could. One area where there were nail-pop holes, I asked Jose to patch and sand before repainting. In this area you can see the plaster through the paint. The baseboards are among the biggest disappointment. The paint barely covers the baseboards and in many places, there is completely unpainted trim - so never got a second coat, and no one ever *looked* to check over the job. I think the main issue with the crew, apart from the sloppy work, was that they were all 3 working in different - seemingly random – parts of the house at all times. Jose, being the crew’s manager, should have overseen each part of the job. He should have walked through and made an effort to perfect the job – or even made an effort to see how it turned out in the first place. There is no way he could have been keeping track of which areas had their second coats and which had not, or which areas needed touching up, etc. Additionally, had he planned better, the job would have flower more smoothly and probably been completely more thoroughly. The areas needing oil-based paint, which takes a day to dry, should have been prioritized. I cannot imagine anyone being proud of this work. To say I’m disappointed is an enormous understatement. Honestly any one of the mistakes made I would have easily forgiven! Heck, any handful... but these are countless and the work was careless. I thought about having Jose back to share all of this with him and give him the opportunity to fix it, but my husband and I simply do not want them back in our home.
