Vince is an awesome trainer! I have been working with Vince for the past 6 months and have made significant progress. The workouts always evolve with something new and were actually enjoyable. I definitely feel like I am challenged but not overly sore the next day. Vince helped me to identify incremental obtainable nutrition changes that got me started on the right track. Vincent is an awesome trainer! He is passionate about health and fitness and genuinely cares about helping people achieve their goals. During the time I have been training with Vincent, I have continued to improve my fitness level as well as my overall strength and abilities. He is really good at pushing me at just the right pace by keeping my workouts challenging but doable. He has a great balance of being positive and encouraging but still holding you accountable to your commitments. I’d recommend Vincent to anyone who is in need of personal training. He is super well rounded, flexible, encouraging, and knowledgeable. I suffer from a weak core and lower back issues. He has been able to modify my workouts to improve my core strength and protect my lower back. I have seen great improvement through training with Vincent. If I have any questions about training or diet, he is a text message away! He wants what’s best for his clients and does his best to make fitness a lifestyle.
