FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work by total price opposed to hourly. It’s easier to track, leaves no question about time actually spent. If I choose to spend longer on an area of the work, I don’t believe the client should have to pay more. I give 10% first project, and 25% for referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak to my clients via phone, or his/her preference form of contact. I learn their goals, as well as their strongest and weakest areas of marketing. I get to know their product(s) and/or services inside and out. I don’t like “blind” marketing. If the client sells online, I typically buy an item (if I’m building a website), so I can have a better grasp of what they sell. I work quickly and precisely, so clients are always pleased with the turnaround and finished product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve mostly become an expert by hands on/field work, which is the best kind in my opinion. I’ve actually done the work and have proven results.
