Derek has excellent communication via phone and text. He was very flexible in scheduling and worked around our fluctuating schedule. He did a very good job for a reasonable price. The materials ended up being a little higher than he guessed off the top of his head, but he could have gotten exact materials estimate if I given him time, but I wasn't that worried about it. I will be very likely to use his services on future projects.
