FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial meeting to get to know the client along with their needs and style aesthetic. From there I work on building a budget and a timeline that is realistic and suitable for the client. This helps both of us understand expectations and gets the project off to a great start.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an undergraduate degree from Georgia Southern University in Interior Design. I worked briefly in New York under an extremely talented designer, but since then I have been working in the field for the past five years in the beautiful low country of Savannah, Georgia. My husband's career now takes me up to the North Georgia area, where I will continue my career.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I knew that interior design was my calling from an early age. Once graduating college, I jumped right into the corporate world of Interior Design. I worked for a large private jet corporation where I designed the interiors of jets. From there, I went on to start my own business working mainly in the residential field but occasionally some commercial and hospitality projects.
