Rick acted as the main contractor/coordinator for repairs on our house following a kitchen fire. The included painting, repairs to walls, replacement of flooring/carpets that were damaged by smoke. Throughout the process Rick not only managed the process, did some of the work himself (he excels at tile and stone work), selected and oversaw sub-contractors, but also was great at making design and materials choices and suggestions. A great combination of workman's skills and an artistic eye, all at a very fair price.

Our family wanted to cover a large area of soil with brick pavers to add value to our home, keep the weeds at bay and direct rain water to drain.
Upon our inquiry for services, Rick immediately came to our house to review our project, provide a quote for the labor and provided his availability to begin the job.
Rick was instrumental in providing us with the quantity and type of materials and tools needed for the job
Rick kept me advised each day of his arrival and any updates.
The project was completed as quoted, and the project exceeded my expectations. Rick is excellent with design, and has a unique vision. He even repaired and improved items in the yard that went beyond the project.
Rick worked very hard and takes pride in his work. At the end of each day, the work areas were always cleared and cleaned before departing the job.
We highly recommend Ludwick Maintenance Services, and look forward to working with Rick on our next project.
