- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will sit down with you and get to know you. I want to understand what your true needs and wants are - and then I can begin my research in helpng you accomplish your goal! Builiding a relationship of openess, understanding and personal style is very important in making the transaction as smooth and worry free as possible. I am working for you, so I want to understand how you work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Keller Williams is a large company with first hand resources, training and mentoring. The office I work in has over 400 agents! If I don't know the answer, or if your situation is unique - I have the support and guidance of so many that I can turn to! You are not only working with me, you are working with a huge team of experts!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have worked in a client support role for my entire career - I knew being my own representative helpng people with one of their biggest investments of their lives is where I fit. I enjoy the process from beginning to end! You can say I am the Jerry Maquire of Real Estate! I make sure each client gets all my attention!
