- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not like to put a price on things due to packages being too much or too little. Personally, I want a range so that is what I will give here but please note that I work with people and focus on your need. I am not a headhunter or in the business of upselling. Please have a free consultation with me so we can determine the need, result we want, time we will put in, and establish an agreed upon fee that you will pay half of upfront (paypal) and half once you have your finished product. I have a contract stating the services and fee that I will send for all transactions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am all about relationships as well as setting the expectation. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
