- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Group classes are highly encouraged, so if you have a group of coworkers, or friends who also need credentialing, we offer group rate discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Find out what sector the customer needs their certification for. (ex. school, hospital, etc.) 2. Find out if customer has a deadline to complete their certification by. 3. Communicate availability to complete a class based on the costumer's schedule. 4. Customer is directed to the website to register and prepay for scheduled class. 5. Customer attends scheduled class with course textbook and completes the training. 6. The American Heart Association certification eCard is distributed to the student within 24 hrs, using the same email address that the student registered with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently a respiratory therapist and I work part time at my local hospital. I have been a respiratory therapist for over six years and I have real world experience in assisting people and patients in emergencies.
