- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a standard pricing system because I consider my travel, the pupil I will be working with and the amount of material I will need to prepare my lessons.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask them questions regarding what specifically they need with my educational service. I will then tell them about myself and what I have done in the past to benefit my clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am TEFL certified and have worked in education abroad for nine years and three years in the U.S. I have a bachelors degree in Psychology which helps me understand, empathize and relate human behavior with what the client needs and wants.
