- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually I determine price based on square footage, # of bathrooms, amount of traffic in the space. (Some people live in their home more than others) I also take into consideration the frequency of cleaning, pet hair, and other extra jobs some people may need to add such as cleaning of inside appliances, laundry, pick-up, dishes, and changing bed linens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually schedule a walk through where I get a chance to come face to face with a client to discuss his/her specific cleaning needs. This gives me an opportunity to more accurately assess even the items in the home/office that may have slipped the clients' attention. This process seems to give both me and my client a better idea of what exactly is expected from one another. After this, I offer a more precise quote and schedule a first cleaning and discuss subsequent cleanings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning and organizing since I was an adolescent. I have a wide variety of experience in different areas of home and office cleaning. A detailed list is in my profile.
