- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because there are so many different brands, models, and styles of pool tables, and every job can have different requirements, there can be small variance in pricing. I try to keep my pricing as simple as possible to understand so that my customers know what they are getting for the price, so there aren't any surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I gather as much information as I can about the job so I can be sure I'm quoting for and providing the right service at the best price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed the Championship (cloth manufacturer) Master Installer Certification. I've also completed a Simonis (cloth manufacturer) Installation Training Seminar, as well as worked one-on-one with the top installers in the industry.
