I have extensive Knowledge in proper lifting techniques and exercise modalities I have also trained a diverse range of clients to reach desired goals I have designed pre and post natal exercise programs by using ACSM guidelines. With my education and knowledge I developed exercise prescriptions for patrons in a cross section grid that specified for independent exercise prescriptions for four different activity levels and biometric information. Furnished and modified workout programs for patrons with different modalities using various fitness apps. If you are looking for an excellent trainer, then I definitely recommend Thomas. I started training with Thomas more than a year ago. I was out-of-shape, and anxious about whether or not personal training was something that I could do. With Thomas’ guidance, I quickly learned that I could do it. And, I even began enjoying working out. Thomas is an excellent trainer for many reasons. First, he is extremely knowledgeable. He works hard to make sure I am getting the most out of each exercise. He ensures that my form is solid, and that I am doing the exercise correctly. He always puts safety first. Thomas is also extremely patient. He demonstrates every exercise to me, even if should already know how to do it. He has never expressed anger or frustration. Not even a little bit. Thomas is a consummate professional. He is encouraging. He is very flexible with my schedule. He is easy to talk to. I could go on and on… But the bottom line is that if you are considering whether to do personal training—do it! And train with Thomas. He’s outstanding. You won’t regret it.

Thomas has been my trainer for over a year now he is knowledgeable, easy to get ahold of if you have a question, flexible with scheduling, and as personable as they come. I have had nothing but amazing experiences with thomas!
