I have also trained a diverse range of clients to reach desired goals
I have designed pre and post natal exercise programs by using ACSM guidelines.
With my education and knowledge I developed exercise prescriptions for patrons in a cross section grid that specified for independent exercise prescriptions for four different activity levels and biometric information.
