- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Basic pricing is $32 an hour, however most of my lessons are not an hour long. For younger students I keep them in a half an hour at $16 but most students it's 45 minutes at $24
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I don't consider my piano students "customers". I function as any good teacher would; I meet the student quickly evaluate their strengths/weaknesses in the area of music and go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been playing piano and taking lessons off and on since I was eight years old. I went to the University of Dayton for a semester and I am currently studying piano pedagogy
