- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Commissions vary from 4% to 6%. I'm very flexible and will work with buyers and sellers to make sure that everyone is happy with their transaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free market analysis on the property that I am listing, and I make myself available on weekends for buyers and sellers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up in the family real estate business so I have been involved in real estate all of my life. My father and brother are commercial appraisers and two other members of my family were developers, Wendy's franchisee's and salespeople. I learned a great deal about real estate sales and development from them.
