My pricing is fair, honest, and transparent. I can help come up with creative solutions to any problem so that I can meet any budget objective with great results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to build rapport, discuss the project expectations, develop a detailed scope of work, set up the budget/quote terms, and put it all in writing. I am also very proud to express my guarantee/ warranty procedures.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years as an aircraft structural maintenance technician that included multiple technical schools, specific production builder training classes, an A.S. in construction management, Lead Safe Renovator certification, and of course I can never discount over 25 years of on-the-job experience.
