Introduction: Aerial-Pixel is led by Ryan Traxler, an Architect and Photographer based in Xenia, Ohio. Ryan holds a FAA Section 333 Exemption and as of August 29, 2016 is an FAA Section 107 registered commercial UAS pilot. Ryan also holds a permanent Daytime Flight Waiver with the FAA to fly commercially at night. Our team of highly-trained and safety-minded individuals are FAA-licensed UAS operators. Our team will start your aerial capture project with NOTAM filing prior to the scheduled flight as well as a weather briefing. If the flight is within a designated NFZ (No-Fly Zone) or within 5 miles of an airport, our team will work with the local airport or FAA Flight Standards District Office (FSDO) in order to obtain authorization to fly. Aerial-Pixel has been flying DJI drones since December 2013 and are highly proficient on the following platforms: Phantom 4 Pro, Inspire 1 Pro, Mavic Pro and Mavic Air. Our current aircraft used for aerial capture is the Inspire 1 with the Zenmuse X5 electronically stabilized MFT camera or the Phantom 4 Professional depending on flight requirements. We are experts in all areas of drone use, outside, inside, over water, areas of dense tree growth and areas where GPS flight modes are not available. Aerial-Pixel also offers a Panosphere photo service so you can be immersed in the photo and be able to look around in every direction, even go on an aerial tour from one panosphere to the next. Aerial-Pixel specializes in small to medium businesses, commercial and private real estate, special projects, events, 3D model capture and water-sports activities. We will be expanding into thermal imagery in the next several months for agricultural use. Our team has completed projects in Dayton, Cincinnati, Springfield, Columbus, Chillicothe and West Chester for various clients.
