Injury management is something I specialize in...if you need help with an old injury or preventing a new one i got that. Your Training should be always changing ...new exercises so the body is always changing...stronger ...better ....faster.!!!!! I love people and helping them achieve success!!!!! Personal training is my passion and I love to share that energy with my clients. Physical activity is proven to make life more fun and more enjoyable physically and mentally !!!

Joan Cooper has been an amazing personal trainer to me for the past few years. She pushes me continuously in a positive and motivational manner and has helped me to achieve my weight loss and muscle gain goals. The diversity of her training methods and experience provide me a unique and evolved style of fitness. She is highly professional and personable as well. I used Joan Cooper's Personal Trainer services when I had a stress fracture in my hip. She was able to give me the strength I needed in my hip to over come my injury, with her knowledge in sports medicine. Unlike some trainers, she takes injuries and weaknesses into account when training you. After the injury healed I continued to train with her to keep myself fit, and my hip strong. I enjoyed how fit I became and strong! I really love how she pushes me to be stronger. Every workout is diffrent and fun! I look forward to our sessions to see her new challenges for me. Would recommend her to a friend!

Joan provides quality personal training that is geared towards my personal total fitness goals. She is attentive, engaged and enthusiastic during training sessions. She goes above and beyond by researching new approaches and techniques to address my specific fitness concerns. At 54 I feel stronger and am more fit than I was in my 20's .....thanks to Joan!
