- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1 Email me regarding your fitness goals. Step 2 Decide what are your best options for, your health condition and current fitness level. Step 3 Pay for your personal training session Step 4 Pick your days and times of the week to work out. All sessions are 1-2 hour workout sessions. Unless discussed otherwise due to health complications.
