- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to evaluate the project and come to a reasonable agreement with the client based on the amount of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I will do a phone interview to ascertain the scope of work. If we move forward I will schedule a meeting if necessary to complete the intake interview.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have BA degree from Syracuse University and 15 years work experience as a paralegal. My area of training surrounds zoning and real estate transactions. I have managed case files both commercial and residential closing from the inception to the conclusion. As a real estate paralegal I was responsible for the overall management of case files, implementation of county regulations pertaining to zoning matters and filing of zoning applications.
