- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We arrange a time to visit the work site. Once we visit the job site, speak with the customer and have a good understanding of the scope of work details, we develop a written scope of work and provide an estimate for the scope discussed at the site visit. If LWW is awarded the work, a contract may be drawn up to memorialize the relationship and scope of work.
