- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We focus on a price of 10 per person. This will get you a COMPLETE Chef Crafted Gourmet Meal. We also guarantee you will not run out of food! This price includes one protein, two side dishes, chafing set-ups with fuel, napkin wrapped utensils, plates and bottled water. Additional proteins, salads and desserts can be added for a small upcharge. We like full service and drop-off buffet service, this is what we are the best at especially if you have a group over 500 people. We are also large group specialists. We often provide service for 500 - 3500 people and we have the logistical know-how to pull that off very smoothly, in your desired timeframe.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are simple to interact with. Just look over our menu, decide which meal you desire, let us know of any special dietary requirements, and you are done. We will arrive 45 minutes before your event to drop off the food and assist in setting the line up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 60 years of kitchen experience in our corporate chefs. They have worked in many different environments and with a world of different cuisines. From Legoland in California to Vampire Diaries in Atlanta Georgia, CFA has the skills to get you event done. We have also operated Fuddruckers restaurants, Indigo; a five star culinary experience in Roswell GA, Yankee Franks chicago style Hot Dogs in Home Depot Stores and other formats. We service very large events such as the Orange Conference at Gwinnett Arena
