- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every clients needs vary, so there is not a standard pricing structure as formatting, what is actually desired as a end result, timecoding and turnaround times vary. I work the pricing for each project separately, or provide a structured rate sheet based on the clients needs that can be referenced going forward. As far as weddings and funerals go, it depends on how far I have to travel to the location & the level of personalization and/or theme necessary as to what I need to provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
No matter the project, I like to discuss the exact details the client would like & never make assumptions. If I am hired to do a project or task, I like to ensure each and every client is getting exactly what they are looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years in the transcription, AR/AP, human resources, proofing/editing fields. I also have 25 years of experience working with spreadsheets, Microsoft Word and Excel and data entry. And I have been an ordained minister, officiating weddings & funerals for the last five years.
