- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing has 2 structures. Commercial projects are based on square footage. It is a bit higher due to equipment, chemicals and time needed to complete the operation. Residential washing we try to base on hourly rates to keep consumer cost to a minimum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We just started utilizing the THUMBTACK app (January 2017). Normally when we are contacted on a potential project, we set up a time to meet the customer and do a complete walk through. Also discussing customers concerns and expectations. We will then put a plan together and explain in detail what equipment we will be using including environmentally safe products that will be needed to speed up the cleaning process. As they say, TIME IS MONEY! Through proper planning, we get in and out quickly without jeopardizing Safety and Quality Control, passing the savings on to the consumer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We regularly attend training schools to keep up with growing trends in the pressure washing industry.
