- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because the scope of services that I provide are so varied, I price my work from job to job within a general range of what is typical for those services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love meeting new customers. Virtually all of my jobs start with an in-person meeting and an examination of the work to be done. I like to have a thorough discussion about the customer's wants and expectations, and then I provide a job proposal detailing the cost and goals of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years, and years of experience, intensive industrial safety training, and mathmatic/geometry skills
