- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices go as the need of the client. On my first visit there is no charge, this time is to get to know each other and the needs. It can be by phone, however on organization I must see. We talk over the need and we see about making that budget happen. Am fair and honest. My main goal is to help my client in what they exactly need and never rip them off.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to hear from new costumers, must of them come by referral (word of mouth). I provide a free service visit were we get to know each other and talk over project that the customer needs help with. Then after I present the coordination and cost. My services and quotes are customized because not everyone need the same thing, however everyone has a budget. I am always honest and fair. My main goal is to complete the projects and have a very satisfied client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since a very young age I was the administrative assistant of my dad medical office, along with my mother and sister, I was raise as a military girl, my father was active in the army. I was thought to strategize a plan, effectively pursue it and have a 100% satisfactory results. I also have a bachelor degree on marketing and advertising. However my passion is project development, planning, coordination and helping others. Plus and very very creative. I have been a personal assistant for close to 6 years know and a certified professional organizer.
