I called this company because my laptop wouldnt start after coming back from my trip to India. The guy arrived just at the scheduled time, very nice and professional. It took almost 1h to fix it, pretty quick compared to the other times I've had to pay for virus removal. The machine runs faster than ever now and it wasn't even expensive. You definitely want to call these guys to check on your machine!!
