- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unfortunately, we do not have a standard pricing system due to the fact most projects are situational and we offer a variety of different types of options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a customer is to first talk to them over the phone and discuss their wants. We then set up an appointment for us to come out to the customer's home to take measurements, provide information of their options and give a quote in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of field experience in the glazing industry along with a finance and accounting degree.
