To summarize the full timeline of events - we signed a contract with Rosenbooth for $400 to cover our Wedding Reception from 9pm to 12pm. Two days prior to the Wedding Reception, we were notified that Rosenbooth could not complete the event but found another company to provide photobooth service at our event (Photobooth Nerds). After finding out we had a new company, we talked to Lisa Q from Photobooth Nerds. She assured us that Rosenbooth provided all the details and we reviewed each with her on the phone. I gave Lisa Q my email, phone number, our wedding phone number in case she had any questions. We agreed that the photobooth attendant would be setting up around 830pm. The Photobooth attendant (Who never provided us his name nor spoke to any guests) finally showed up at 10:30pm. Little did we know that him showing up would only the be start of our problems.
To summarize all the mishaps:
- From 8:30pm to 10pm, we could not get ahold of anybody at Photobooth Nerds and our wedding planner eventually found out that photobooth attendant thought the party started at 9am? Please note that our Wedding favors to our guests was photobooth strips frames so it was a nerve wrecking 2 hours.
- Setup photobooth at 10:30pm and then disappears for an hour
- Brought little to no props (luckily the bride/groom brought some)
- The Photobook was pink and purple and still had all price tags on it. With nobody organizing the book, pictures were disorganized and missing. The book was a complete mess
- The photobooth attendant finally shows back up and tried to shutdown at midnight (we paid for 3 hours). The BRIDE of the wedding had to take time away from her big day to tell the guy to stay (he then disappeared again).
- Waited 6 weeks for digital prints. We have been trying to chase down the prints but with VERY POOR communication by both companies this was very difficult. SEVERAL ignored calls, texts, and emails.
