I like to find out what their budget is and work with and them to deliver them fantastic food and great party

I have an associates degree in culinary arts from the culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I start in the Bronx doing salads and desert tables at the Marina del Rey. From there I attended the culinary Institute of America. Upon graduation I landed a job at the national arts club in New York City as a line cook within two years I was the chef and was there from 1989 to 2013. in 2013 I open the Ambassador's table in Palm Beach Florida located at 2730 S.
