- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the job or event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
• We'll have a conversation over the phone, or in person, to go over all the details of the shoot/event. • An invoice will be sent for 50% payment for Wedding Videography to save date (Remaining 50% collected day before). For all other types of shoots (real estate, commercial, etc.), an invoice will be sent for 100% payment that can be paid the day of shoot. • We’ll schedule/lock-in the date & time for the shoot. • We'll have a quick confirmation call (typically day before) to briefly summarize details and talk about any last minute details. • Day of the event or shoot you'll be fully prepared, and I'll make the shoot as fun as possible. I'll even show you some sample footage. • After the event/shoot, I'll give you an estimated time as to when edited footage will be ready (usually 4 weeks for wedding video, 4-5 days for commercial video, and 24-48 hours for photos).
