- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You really never know what to charge because it always depends on the flowers that you use. Plus you can get a great arrangement with as little as possible or a lot of flowers. I always say it's what you know and how to do it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the bride to make sure I know what she wants and some times I like a swatch of material to match colors if they want to have a close match for color. Make sure I have a good understanding of flowers, colors and what is needed. And also so that everyone is comfortable maybe meet at Starbucks for comfort.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had no education for arranging flowers. I do go to a lot of the flower shows to see the new colors and new items that are in. And any tools or wire that maybe used. You can't never know to much every day is a new day.
