Introduction: 5 years in the industry, I have hit the ground running. I've trained under some of Colorado's best and strive to make all who use my service 100% satisfied. The fact that I get to help people stay clean, healthy, and happy is why I enjoy plumbing. For me, what I do is a work of art.

Justin responded quickly, came to the site at a late hour, on time, and was prepared to do the work that needed to be done from my description. And the price was fair. I'm already lining up other work for JTS plumbing.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

When I give a price on services rendered I follow a simple formula. Cost of materials and estimated time of completion times an hourly wage I set for myself.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When working with a new customer I always start with honesty. If it's not broken, or can be easily fixed, I will lay all options on table for them and advise to the best of my ability how we should proceed.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I was in the oil and gas industry for 3 years fitting and welding gas lines. I was sent through an accredited school for both passed top of my class. Then I took an apprenticeship with a master plumber local to Denver. Unfortunately he passed away 1 year after signing me on. For the next four years I worked with 3 different local contractors within Colorado and learned much, but decided to go on my own. I still learn new sides to plumbing everyday and hope to keep learning over the years.
