FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When I give a price on services rendered I follow a simple formula. Cost of materials and estimated time of completion times an hourly wage I set for myself.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I always start with honesty. If it's not broken, or can be easily fixed, I will lay all options on table for them and advise to the best of my ability how we should proceed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was in the oil and gas industry for 3 years fitting and welding gas lines. I was sent through an accredited school for both passed top of my class. Then I took an apprenticeship with a master plumber local to Denver. Unfortunately he passed away 1 year after signing me on. For the next four years I worked with 3 different local contractors within Colorado and learned much, but decided to go on my own. I still learn new sides to plumbing everyday and hope to keep learning over the years.
