Introduction: My work is extremely satisfying to me because I am very passionate about traditional food. I am able to prepare using artisan methods. My primary training has been in Italian cuisine, specifically handmade pasta. Although I am familiar with and love to explore new flavors and techniques, I am hugely inspired by French cooking techniques and love to play with Mediterranean, Indian, and Israeli flavor profiles. What I enjoy most about what I do is creating an expressive form of art in food that is able to feed a person's soul, literally, mentally and emotionally. I like to think a dish can be not only a delicious meal but also a conversation starter, and this alone really brings people together for a unique experience.

I've seen V hammer out the most beautiful fresh handmade pasta... she worked as a pasta maker for a James Beard Award-winning chef who is famous for her pasta...'Nuff said!!

I have had the pleasure of having Veronica's cooking many times. Most recently, Veronica catered my bridal shower. The food was not only delicious- but the detail that went into making each dish beautiful was incredibly impressive. The guests that attended the shower raved about the food for weeks after the event. Every dish Veronica makes, she puts a ton of love in and it really is reflected in the final product. I cannot recommend her enough.
