Introduction: My work is extremely satisfying to me because I am very passionate about traditional food. I am able to prepare using artisan methods. My primary training has been in Italian cuisine, specifically handmade pasta. Although I am familiar with and love to explore new flavors and techniques, I am hugely inspired by French cooking techniques and love to play with Mediterranean, Indian, and Israeli flavor profiles.
What I enjoy most about what I do is creating an expressive form of art in food that is able to feed a person's soul, literally, mentally and emotionally. I like to think a dish can be not only a delicious meal but also a conversation starter, and this alone really brings people together for a unique experience.
