- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because each potential customer has a different building and different requirements, we customize a solution specific to individual needs, which can vary based on the number of cleanings each week, level of detail and much more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For each potential customer (regardless of size), we ask for a walk through of the building/facility, where we will snap quick measurements, and ask questions about your current service, areas for improvement and needs moving forward. We provide a customized quote based on each client's specific needs - we believe there isn't a one size fits all when it comes to janitorial and facilities maintenance, and each client is deserving of personalized service!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our franchisees/crew leads are required to complete 40+ hours of training prior to working with our customers.
