Ian M. is the business owner. He is an architecture and architectural technology student. I started in commercial and residential construction over 15 years ago. I have worked in all aspects of construction. I have been involved in building custom homes as well as working as a commercial project manager. My experience with custom home building has honed my creativity and ability to create aesthetically pleasing results in my home improvement and landscaping jobs. The knowledge gained when working as a commercial project manager has given me the skills of efficiency and time management, which are essential in home improvement projects. My work in project management also demanded excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse group of people in a professional and sensitive manner. I will work as an advocate for you, the homeowner. When I'm given a home repair task, I will not only fix the problem. I will troubleshoot the situation in order to guide you along the most cost-effective and long-term solution.
