My work as a counselor includes working with court-ordered substance abuse clients, juvenile offenders, adolescents, and adults. While working with the adolescents I handled an array of issues from school attendance, substance abuse, self-esteem, depression, anxiety and family dynamics. I have also worked with adults with depression, anxiety, woman empowerment, grief, and substance abuse. I have a client centered approach - which means I meet you right where you are and help you get to the place you want to be in life!
I feel privileged to help people navigate their world! I provide a safe space for you to look at the pieces of your life that you want to improve. I enjoy helping people grow into the person they want to be.
