- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is per meal and delivery. If you are within a 10 mile radius Breakfast is $10, Lunch $20, and Dinner $30. For every 10 miles add $5. These prices are for up to 5 people. Please add $2 for each additional person after 5. This pricing does not include food as it is subject to change with the menu and the number of portions. For one time projects a rate of $35 per hour, not including food and special equipment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a short questionnaire that I ask all clients to fill out. It asks a few questions about food allergies, likes and dislikes, favorites, and delivery preferences. I always have a face to face to answer/ask any additional questions and to make sure that the new client is comfortable with me and the service I will be providing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started cooking professionally 25 years ago. In addition to classes at the Colorado Art Institution I have worked in all kinds of kitchens. I have experience with all kinds of diets and cuisines. I can work with the pickiest of eaters, and I love finding new recipes.
