Introduction: I am a trained Chef with over 20 years of experience. I have worked in all types of food service, from Country Clubs, hospitals, retirement communities, jails, and even an eating recovery center (for eating disorders). I have extensive knowledge of all types of cuisines and diets, including special diet restrictions. I continue to research and follow new food trends and I have culinary teaching experience with a company called Young Chef's Academy. I offer competitive rates and I believe that excellent customer service is the most important part of what I provide and I look forward to serving you. I am passionate about helping people. It brings me great joy to see people enjoying the food that I have made or helping them make their own creations. Erin cooked for my graduation party and I couldn't have been happier! I showed her the food supplies in a rush of trying to get out of the house and came home to a spread of food that looked beautiful. She handled multiple waves of guests with ease and found her way around my kitchen with no direction. I don't know what she did to the barbecue beef, but it was outstanding. Even guests who hailed from the south made a special point of telling her they'd never had anything as good as hers! Did I mention that her deserts are to die for?

EJ's catered my baby shower. The theme was rubber duckies. For our entry EJ's made, Duck Taco's. Let me just say, yum! Erin did all the shopping and took care of all the details! She made sure her kitchen area was cleaner then it was when she arrived. I would highly recommended them to anyone looking for an organized, delicious, and professional cater!

Erin was the instructor for more than two years when my son was taking cooking classes at a local cooking school. My son LOVED classes with her. She was kind and caring and really inspired him to want to become a chef. Since that point, Erin helped my son get his first volunteer job in food services at a local hospital. Erin was an important, positive role model in my son's life. Great chef, too, of course! Thank you, Erin.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is per meal and delivery. If you are within a 10 mile radius Breakfast is $10, Lunch $20, and Dinner $30. For every 10 miles add $5. These prices are for up to 5 people. Please add $2 for each additional person after 5. This pricing does not include food as it is subject to change with the menu and the number of portions. For one time projects a rate of $35 per hour, not including food and special equipment.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a short questionnaire that I ask all clients to fill out. It asks a few questions about food allergies, likes and dislikes, favorites, and delivery preferences. I always have a face to face to answer/ask any additional questions and to make sure that the new client is comfortable with me and the service I will be providing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started cooking professionally 25 years ago. In addition to classes at the Colorado Art Institution I have worked in all kinds of kitchens. I have experience with all kinds of diets and cuisines. I can work with the pickiest of eaters, and I love finding new recipes.
