Introduction: I am experienced in multiple different fitness modalities so your workouts will never be boring! I include everything from high intensity CrossFit style training to yoga to mixed martial arts to bodybuilding to strength and conditioning. Watching peoples lives change as we work together is the most rewarding experience. I have seen amazing personalities come out of timid, quiet people. I have seen clients take control of their lives, treat themselves and others better, take risks, sleep better, eat better and live happier, more fulfilling lives.

Kelsey has been an all around positive, hard working personal trainer for me! Being new to the gym area of life she has been very sweet and pushes me to do better each time with great advice on nutrition plans as well. I highly recommend Kelsey to everyone I know who wants to make their fitness a greater part of their life!

Kelsey is absolutely amazing! She knows how to adjust to each unique need. In my case I had to gain weight to not be hospitalized and so far I'm up 14 pounds. She has been able to direct me exactly as my nutrition needs and exercises as well. I highly recommend her to everyone that asks about my fitness journey.
